Paste papers’ historic origins date back to the 15th century bookbinding. Paste painting (literally a paste-like medium, loaded with intense color, and manipulated) is a decorative surface treatment on paper. The colors can be layered and the paint manipulated in hundreds of ways with hundreds of different tools. It is, for the artist, an exploration into color, design and texture.

Boxes come in an infinite number of sizes! Box sizes range from 1.5 inches square up to 6 inches square and any square or rectangle size in between.  Look below for the sizes I work with most often.
